Solution Package
Our primary membership here at Punch Gym for men and women. This package gives you unlimited smalll group personal training monthly and 24/7 access to the facility. In your group session you will meet with 5-6 other members and be placed through a workout by one of our expert certified trainers.Each trainee will receive close personal attention just as if being trained one  on one. Personalization our highest priority! Through this personal session you will work to perfect your technique and be exposed to much more in depth training.
 


Family Membership
Access to unlimited training for up to 4 family members in the same household.


Couples Membership
Access to unlimited training for 2 people in same household.



Women Only Boot Camp


Delawares number one Women's Only Boot Camp. This is our most popular package for the ladies. Boot Camp is the quickest, easiest and most fun way to jump start your fitness program, look and feel great in just 4 short weeks. Personal training 5 days a week for 4 weeks, 30 minute sessions. One on One Personal Training

For those who feel they need close personal attention from one of our expert trainers to get back into the swing of things or to work on a very specific goal a one on one personal training package may be just what your looking for.

Punch Card $180
In this package, you receive access to 10 training sessions, at a savings of $20 when compared to our pay-per-visit option.

Pay-per-visit $20 per class

After completion of your workshop, you are welcome to pay $20 on a pay-per-visit method, good for any of our kettlebell or circuit classes.

For many people the first time they see and touch a kettlebell is when they walk through the front door. We want to prepare and teach you the correct way to use a kettlebell so you get the most out of your experience.
